Boeing Activity Center

Nice gym, I go between 4-5am. Not crowded and weight room layout makes it easy to find the machine you need. There are 2 rooms for group fitness classes that have full mirrored walls. There’s a solo dead lift room so you can drop your weights without worry. There’s a sand bag room. Indoor track. 2 full length basketball courts. A baseball field with surrounding picnic tables. Large mens locker room with showers and hair dryers built into the walls. There’s a little business center and a conference room. Small item lockers in the weight room and before entering the basketball courts. If you rely heavily on machines for every work out instead of free weights, the weight room might not be for you. There are other amenities to enjoy though. I’d like to note that there is a designated spin(cycle) room as well. So if you think there’s a lot of cardio equipment(despite having an indoor track) they have another room of designated cardio equipment. There are recreational clubs that meet regularly as well as scheduled times throughout the week for different activities like ping pong, pickle ball, volleyball, and badminton.

Great gym for Boeing employees and their families. It has plenty of machines and space for good workouts. I primarily lift weights and have never had an issue getting a good workout in with what the gym provides. The staff is always friendly as well. I feel super fortunate to be able to workout here rather than at a public gym.

Active or Retired employees can use for FREE. Excellent instructors for a variety of classes. Pickleball, basketball, ping pong, salsa dance, Hi and Low intensity classes, cardio equipment and weights. All very good.

This is a great place for Boeing employees. This is only for the employees of boeing though. They have a beautiful big facility here. They have two pickle ball courts, they have basketball courts, and weight rooms. They have a track upstairs that has three different lanes. They also have a punching bag, so bring your gloves. This is a wonderful place to hang out too. Its not that busy so you can come in and pretty much get what you want right away.
